Membership Terms and Conditions
Thank you for being part of our community.
By accessing our free resources, joining our community, purchasing a course, attending an event, or participating in any membership offered through this Private Membership Association ("the Association"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Our intention is to create a respectful community where people can learn, ask questions, grow together and take responsibility for their own health and life decisions.
1. Membership
Membership provides access to resources, courses, discussions, events and other educational material created by the Association.
Membership is offered to people who wish to learn about the principles taught within this community and who agree to respect both the Association and its members.
The Association reserves the right to refuse, suspend or end membership if these Terms are not followed.
2. Your Responsibility
Everything shared within this Association is intended for education and personal growth.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing.
You understand that no information provided through the Association replaces your own judgement or responsibility for the choices you make.
3. Respecting Copyright
A great deal of time, experience and care has gone into creating these resources.
When you join, you are receiving access for yourself only.
Please do not:
share your login details
copy or reproduce course material
record videos, meetings or presentations without permission
upload resources to another website or platform
distribute downloads, worksheets or documents
teach, sell or republish our material as your own
You are welcome to tell others about the Association and encourage them to join, but please allow them to access the material through their own membership.
4. Community Confidentiality
One of the greatest strengths of this community is that members feel safe sharing their experiences.
By joining, you agree to keep community discussions private.
Please do not share:
another member's story
questions asked by other members
screenshots of discussions
recordings from meetings
names or identifying information about other members
Please respect the privacy of everyone in this community.
5. Respectful Participation
We want this to be a place where people feel safe to ask questions and learn.
Please:
treat others with kindness and respect
allow people to have different opinions
avoid personal attacks or harassment
avoid promoting unrelated businesses or products
avoid spam or repeated self-promotion
Healthy discussion is encouraged. Disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the community.
6. Educational Information
The information shared through the Association reflects the experience, education and opinions of its contributors.
Members are encouraged to think critically, ask questions and make their own informed decisions.
No outcome can be guaranteed. The information shared is for educational and entertainment purposes only. It is never personalised medical advice.
7. Access to Courses
When you purchase a course, you receive a licence to access the content for your own personal use.
Unless otherwise stated:
your purchase is non-transferable
access may not be shared with others
access may be limited to the period stated at purchase
8. Payments
Fees are payable at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Memberships or subscriptions will renew according to the payment plan you selected.
If payment cannot be processed, access may be suspended until payment is received.
9. Refunds
Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Unless required by law, payments are generally non-refundable.
If there has been a genuine error or exceptional circumstance, please contact us and we will do our best to find a fair solution.
10. Changes to Resources
From time to time we may update, improve or remove resources to keep the content current and valuable.
The Association may also add new resources or community benefits as membership grows.
11. Ending Membership
You may end your membership at any time.
The Association may suspend or end membership if these Terms are breached, including:
sharing copyrighted material
sharing community discussions outside the Association
abusive behaviour
misuse of member access
Termination of membership does not transfer ownership of any materials previously accessed.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Association is not responsible for any loss, damage or consequences arising from the use of its resources or participation in its community.
Each member remains responsible for their own choices and actions, always.
13. Email Collection and Communication
When you join, you provide us with your email address. We use this to send you essential information about your membership, including access details, billing, event updates, and any changes to these Terms.
If you choose to opt in to additional communications - such as newsletters, promotions, or updates about new resources and events - you can unsubscribe from these at any time using the link included in each email, or by contacting us in writing. Unsubscribing from optional communications won't affect your membership or your access to any resources you've paid for.
We don't sell, rent, or trade your email address to third parties. Where we use a service provider to help deliver our communications (such as an email platform), they're only permitted to use your information to help us provide that service.
