Life is the medicine.

Our body speaks to us with signs and symptoms. Our mind perceives our life experiences and how we respond. Our relationships give us an opportunity to learn more about ourselves and an opportunity to grow.

  • Learning GNM through Jana has given me a whole new perspective on health, for me and my family. The biggest takeaway is that I no longer fear ‘sickness’ but see it as an essential part of the healing process, and that when one of us are ‘sick’ it is our body healing from a conflict we have encountered rather than thinking something (a virus) has attacked us. I also love that my children are now seeing the correlation between their emotions and how that too can impact their health. They are beginning to take ownership of their health on a deeper level.   • Learning about new German medicine with Jana has been such an enlightening experience. Jana has given me the direction and confidence to continue learning through my own personal experiences as they come up. The biggest lesson German New Medicine has given me, is that any illness or discomfort in the body isn’t something I’ve “caught”. The whole idea of sickness being contagious is taken away. For me, this has shifted so much anxiety around illness and catching illnesses. There is so much power in seeing yourself ‘in healing’ rather than ‘sick’ and I can’t rate Jana’s course high enough for giving me this gift.
